DNA Evidence

There was a DNA Profile for two people on the clothing and body of Jodi Jones and they were Luke Mitchell (the accused) and Steven Kelly (the boyfriend of Jodi’s sister).

Luke Mitchells DNA was discounted because he was in a relationship with Jodi, but the evidence was present.

Steven Kelly’s DNA was also discounted because the T-shirt was owned by Jodi’s sister and could have been taken by Jodi and worn. Washing the clothing does not wash off a persons DNA.
